* All Our Tools Are Designed Considering Proper Application By Deciding Rack Angles, Dimensional Tolerances, Insert And Insert Pocket Selctions, Tool Material With Proper Hardness, Fouling.
* We use license software from Solid edge for Designing & UG NX for CAM.
* All special tools are manufacturing on Latest Turning centre and VMC with 4 + 1 Axis.
* All tools are manufactured with ground shank / bore to ensure perfect quality.
* We use tool pre-setter for inspection of finished products. We also have in-house facility of cylindrical grinding as well as turning.
* All our tools are surface treated by Blackodizing, chrome plated and / or nickle plating.
* All Tools Can Be Delivered With Inspection Report.
